The traditional safety laminated glass for construction uses the "wet process" grouting. With the continuous improvement of the safety level, many companies use the autoclave molding process to produce safety laminated glass using "PVB" film. At the same time, our company took the lead in research and development of "EVA high transparent building safety glass film" suitable for the production of popular "one-step molding machine". The wide application of this product in the construction industry not only greatly reduces the initial investment cost and later production cost of the laminated glass , but also reduces the complexity factor of production. The safety index and physical properties of the production fully reach the national standards  which is comparable to "PVB film".

Production process (for reference only)

The first step: Set the temperature at 60 degrees, and then keep it for 20-30 minutes after reaching this temperature. The purpose is to achieve the effects of "exhaust" and "dehumidification" while softening the film;

Step 2: Set the temperature between 125 degrees and 130 degrees (depending on the specific situation). After the temperature is reached, keep the temperature for about 30 minutes, then release it, and then naturally cool it to about 80 degrees while maintaining the vacuum. After that the finished glass can be taken out.

Special Note

The reference process is based on2 of 5mm glassed laminate 1 of 0.38mm film. The set temperature is the surface temperature of the glass in the molding machine. Different molding equipment (mainly different internal space size, different heating methods, different temperature probe placement positions), different thickness of glass and different thickness of film, and production in winter or summer production (mainly different ambient temperature) can all effect the production.Because of the changes in production factors, the processing technology must be appropriately adjusted accordingly, so as to ensure the quality of products.

Special warning

The "safety laminated glass" for construction is inseparable from the auxiliary materials such as edge-sealing agent and glass glue during the installation process. Customers are reminded that when using edge-sealing agent or glass glue, it is necessary to confirm that they have no staining and impregnation properties on EVA film materials, to prevent these accessories from adversely affecting the finished glass.
