The testing object is laminated glass produced by Huakai (including 0.76mm PVB film), covering all indicators such as appearance, size, heat resistance and moisture resistance, to comprehensively verify the product performance.

The test results show that Huakai 0.76mm PVB film laminated glass:

Dimensional accuracy: The deviations of length, width and thickness are all within the allowable range of national standards, suitable for processing various types of architectural glass.

Durability performance: In the tests of heat resistance, moisture resistance and radiation resistance, there are no bubbles or significant discoloration, and it is stable and reliable for long-term use.

Safety performance: In the drop ball impact and shotgun bag impact tests, the glass interlayer did not break and no fragments flew, adding a "lock" to the safety of the building.

Optical performance: Visible light transmittance exceeds 86%, providing clear lighting. The reflectance ratio is approximately 7.6%, effectively reducing light pollution and balancing the lighting of buildings with visual comfort.

All indicators comply with the requirements of Class II-2 of GB 15763.3-2009 "Safety Glass for Buildings - Part 3: Laminated Glass", proving the quality of Huakai with authoritative certification!
